Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore
Costarenas is a wine of great character and a unique personality. It embodies the warm rays of the sun that cradle the grapes during the summer months, preparing them for harvest, combined with the distinct minerality provided by the granitic soils typical of Gallura. A wine that is at its best when paired with fish-based first courses and flavorful grilled dishes.

Granitic sands, rich in iron and with a significant clay component
100% Vermentino, 35-year-old vines trained using the Guyot system, density of 3,000 vines per hectare
Manual harvest in crates in mid-September. Average yield: 50 quintals per hectare
Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation
At least 5 months of aging on the fine lees with frequent batonnage and one month in the bottle before release
Straw yellow with greenish highlights
Elegant and intense fruity aromas enriched by balsamic notes
Fresh and enveloping with fruity and citrus notes. Savory and mineral, it finishes with a characteristic bitter almond aftertaste
Excellent paired with fish-based first courses. Serve at 10–12°C
